The Emerging Leader ProgramThe Spring Hill Emerging Leader Program is a transformative three-year opportunity for Christian student leaders who aspire to deepen their faith, develop professional ministry skills, and prepare for impactful leadership in culturally diverse environments.
Designed for college graduates with experience leading programs at a college, church, or camp—or professionals transitioning into ministry leadership—the program combines academic excellence and hands‑on experience within the Spring Hill ministry model. Participants earn a Master of Arts (MA) degree from our partnership with Wheaton College while gaining practical leadership skills and confidence to broaden their Christian worldview and inspire the next generation with the love of Jesus.

Job Type Paid Internship
Description The Spring Hill Apprentice Program is a 12‑month experience for young adults to experience spiritual and vocational growth. Apprentices will join Spring Hill’s mission to create a place where young people can have life‑impacting experiences that enable them to know Jesus Christ and grow in their relationship with Him. While living onsite at a camp, apprentices will gain an inside look at the vocation of camping ministry and acquire skills and experience that they will utilize beyond the program.
The program will be 12 months long, beginning in August and finishing in September.
