Location: Birmingham, Michigan
Position: Full-Time Contract (School Year)

The Gig: We're on the lookout for a dynamic Special Ed Teacher to join our team and make a difference for K-12 students. This full-time position starts with the school year and continues through to the end.

Your Duties:

• Design and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Offer targeted instruction in various subjects and life skills
• Work closely with other teachers and staff for an inclusive classroom environment
• Track and adjust teaching strategies to support student progress

What You Need:

• Bachelors in Special Education (Masters degree preferred)
• Valid Michigan Professional Educator License with LBS1 endorsement (or ability to get it before starting)
• Experience with diverse learning and behavioral needs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
