• On track to complete or already obtained a Master’s degree in School Psychology, or its equivalent

• As part of a team, develop or recommend research-based intervention plans, determine means to progress monitor and interpret data to determine their effectiveness.
• As part of a team, examine all tiers of academic and behavioral instruction to develop system-level changes to increase academic performance.
• Provide and administer cognitive, academic, social, emotional, and behavioral assessments to students as assigned by the Director of Special Education and Supervising School Psychologist.
• Consult with school personnel, parents, and outside agencies concerning how to support all students.
• Evaluate students referred as potential candidates for Special Education eligibility.
• Interpret results of evaluations to parents, colleagues, school administrators, and other involved people.
• Attend and schedule REED/IEP/MET meetings as a diagnostic staff member for youth suspected or determined eligible for Special Education Programs and Services.
• Consult with regular and special education teachers in order to provide them with suggestions for accommodations, modifications, and interventions for neurodiverse children in their classrooms.
• Provide training and consultation to colleagues and families regarding issues, including but not limited to academic and behavioral interventions and multi-tiered systems of support.
• Maintain professional competence in the field which may include attending and participating in professional organizations, workshops, and conferences; reading professional journals and other related publications; and additional coursework.
• With their Supervision School Psychologist, develop a Professional Growth Plan, including objective outcomes, and complete the plan throughout their internship/practicum year

20 hours/week for 30 weeks during the 26-27 school year
