Bethany Bible Church is seeking a full‑time Youth & Discipleship Director who senses God’s call into vocational ministry and has a growing passion to see people of all ages follow Jesus wholeheartedly. We look for a leader with strong biblical convictions, a teachable spirit, and a desire to grow as a shepherd, teacher, and discipler.
Responsibilities- Lead and disciple middle school and high school students.
- Help build and multiply a church‑wide culture of discipleship and small groups.
