Job Description & How to Apply Below

It's fun to work in a company where people truly believe in what they are doing!

The Manufacturing Training Program Lead owns the design, structure, governance, and continuous improvement of the manufacturing training system at Neogen's Lansing facility. This role is not a hands-on process trainer - it is the architect of a scalable, standardized training infrastructure that enables supervisors and subject matter experts (SMEs) to train effectively, consistently, and efficiently, without requiring them to design or maintain the system themselves.

This position launches with an initial focus on Petrifilm manufacturing and will expand to support additional manufacturing areas across the facility. The Manufacturing Training Program Lead works in close alignment with the Training Program Playbook and cross-functional partners to convert defined training requirements into a sustainable, scalable training system.
