  • Lead and manage the manufacturing engineering team, providing technical guidance, performance management, and project leadership.
  • Oversee the development and optimization of manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and support production objectives.
  • Partner with operations, quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams to identify and resolve production issues, implement corrective actions, and improve process capability.
  • Manage equipment selection, installation, validation, and maintenance planning to ensure reliable and safe operation of production lines.
  • Support new product launches by developing process flows, tooling concepts, line layouts, work instructions, and PFMEAs.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and data‑driven methodologies to reduce costs, increase throughput, and enhance product quality.
  • Ensure all processes comply with safety standards, quality requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Oversee documentation, standard work, process controls, and engineering change management.
  • Develop and manage departmental budgets, capital expenditure plans, and long‑term manufacturing strategies.
  • Collaborate with leadership on plant performance, process readiness, and strategic engineering initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field;
    Master’s degree preferred
    .
  • 5–10 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of high‑volume manufacturing, process optimization, Lean/CI methodologies, and equipment integration.
  • Proven experience with PFMEA, APQP, line balancing, and process documentation.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and drive measurable results.
