- 7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or pharmaceutical development.
- Strong experience with:
- Primary Packaging
- Secondary Packaging
- Packaging Validation
- Technical Transfer
- Product Launch
- Qualification & Validation
- Experience leading large cross-functional projects in global environments.
- Knowledge of:
- Change Control
- FMEA
- Process Validation
- Equipment Qualification
- Experience using MS Project or equivalent project management tools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
