We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer for a well-established engineering firm. This role will provide technical leadership, ensure design quality, and support project execution.
About the RoleResponsibilities include leading the design of power distribution, lighting, and low-voltage systems, ensuring QA/QC and compliance with applicable codes and standards, managing project scope, timelines, and technical delivery, mentoring junior engineers and supporting team development, coordinating with internal teams, clients, and external partners, and supporting proposals and client-facing technical discussions.
Responsibilities- Lead design of power distribution, lighting, and low-voltage systems
- Ensure QA/QC and compliance with applicable codes and standards
- Manage project scope, timelines, and technical delivery
- Mentor junior engineers and support team development
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external partners
- Support proposals and client-facing technical discussions
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 10+ years of experience in building electrical design
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required (or ability to obtain)
- Strong knowledge of NEC and industry standards
- Experience with Revit and electrical analysis tools
