As Sr. Manager, Utilities, you will lead all plant utility systems and infrastructure at a large-scale battery manufacturing site. Your mission: ensure reliability, optimise performance, and support production through best-in-class facility and energy management.

• Lead the strategy and execution of utility systems including HVAC, boilers, compressed air, and electrical infrastructure.
• Oversee preventative maintenance programs to maximise uptime and system reliability.
• Manage capital projects related to utilities, expansions, and facility upgrades.
• Coordinate contractors and vendors for construction, maintenance, and system improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, cost reduction, and performance optimisation.
• Lead and develop a team of maintenance and utilities professionals.
• Support capacity planning and infrastructure scaling in line with production growth.
• Respond to critical system issues and ensure rapid resolution to minimise downtime.

• 10–15+ years of experience in utilities, facilities, or engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• 7+ years of leadership experience managing teams and processes.
• Strong technical background across mechanical and electrical systems (HVAC, boilers, compressed air, etc.).
