Job Responsibilities
- Strong communications skills (verbal and written).
- Strong Conflict management skills.
- Strong knowledge of AIAG Core Quality Tools (APQP, FMEA, Process Flow, Corrective Action, Control Plans, etc.).
- Experience conducting audits of suppliers.
- Leadership skills to conduct meetings with co-workers and suppliers.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience required.
- Three years of supply chain experience required.
- Prior experience in the manufacturing industry preferred.
