Salary Range: $84,000 - $129,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test control systems for manufacturing processes.
• Program PLCs, HMIs, and industrial robots for automated production lines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical and control system issues.
• Implement and maintain industrial networks and data acquisition systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate control systems with mechanical and software components.
• Develop and execute validation protocols for new and modified control systems.
• Provide technical support and training to operations and maintenance personnel.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in PLC programming (Siemens, Rockwell, etc.) and HMI/SCADA development.
• Proven experience with industrial communication protocols (Ether Net/IP, PROFINET, Modbus, OPC UA).
• Strong understanding of automation principles, robotics, and industrial control systems within a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to design, implement, and troubleshoot electrical control panels and motor control systems.
• Experience with vision systems, safety systems, and data acquisition systems.
