Position Overview

CAI is a commissioning and qualification services firm established in 1996, with a global team of more than 800 professionals. The Data Center Cx PM will lead large‑scale data center and building commissioning projects, ensuring operational readiness for mission critical clients.

Responsibilities
  • Work with project teams at client sites to inspect, test, and troubleshoot data center/building commissioning facilities and equipment.
  • Identify and coordinate commissioning activities and reporting, serving as the primary point of contact with client personnel and the Regional Manager.
  • Execute and oversee commissioning work, including electrical and/or mechanical commissioning, plans, test scripts, schedules, budgets, change orders, and summary reports.
  • Manage multi‑disciplinary teams with full commissioning responsibility.
Requirements
  • BS in electrical, mechanical, engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 5‑10+ years of commissioning and qualification experience in the data center industry, leading large projects (minimum 4 megawatts).
  • Comfort in the construction industry, managing vendors, clients, and subcontractors.
  • Experience with commissioning plans, test scripts, schedules, budgets, change orders, and summary reports.
Other Requirements
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
  • Ability to work paid overtime.
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
