Engineering Manager - Pattern Department Salary $85,000 - $95,000 Overview

We're hiring a hands‑on Engineering Manager to lead a team responsible for designing and manufacturing custom components and change parts. This role combines leadership with active engineering contribution in a production‑focused environment.

• 5+ years in manufacturing engineering, performing design, engineering, and assembly
• 2+ years leading or managing three or more direct reports
• Strong Solid Works & ERP + BOM experience (ideally Syteline or similar)

• Background in packaging, automation, or industrial equipment manufacturing

• Lead a team of engineers, while hands‑on in design, production support, and operations
• Drive daily production execution by managing schedules, assigning work, ensuring delivery
• Conduct design reviews and manage engineering changes within the ERP ensuring accuracy and manufacturability
• Partner cross‑functionally with manufacturing, aftermarket, service teams, and leadership to resolve issues and support customer needs
• Monitor workflow, maintain documentation, and inventory accuracy
