- 5+ years of experience in surface preparation, coating applications, grit blasting, and phosphate processes
- Proven ability to develop and identify next-level processes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Working knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs)
- Hands-on ability to implement changes in mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems
