Engaged, hands-on and collaborative EHS professional with the ability to truly lead the program. Must have at least three years of well-rounded, plant level EHS experience within manufacturing operations. Bachelors degree in a technical field required.
This position will lead the tactical and strategic direction of the program for an automotive supplier manufacturing facility. Responsible for providing leadership and compliance established involving EHS best practices and local/federal regulations. Lead the continuous improvement of the health & safety process for the site. Develop and implement safety systems and programs, audits, training, accident investigations, workers compensation, emergency response and related activities.
Metric-driven approach with the ability to use that data to deliver positive results and continue growing to higher levels within safety.
