- Process Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Stamping Engineering Tech
- Process Developer with a strong background in process optimization and development. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills and the ability to work hands on and collaboratively across various teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement new SOP's, work instructions, processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes for new products to transition to production.
• Work with Dies, molds and plastic extrusion and rubber manufacturing equipment
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented processes and make necessary adjustments.
• Document process designs and provide training to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in engineering or technical field OR at least 8 years equivalent experience in Process Design in a plastic extrusion environment.
• 3-10 years of experience in process development or a similar role in a plastics and rubber extrusion manufacturing plant facility.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and experience and desire working hands on with floor, engineering, and quality personnel
• Proficiency in process mapping and workflow design tools, developing SOP's, work instructions, process design and display or video instructions.
