We are partnering with a well-established, employee‑owned engineering consultancy to support the growth of their geotechnical division in Detroit. This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer who wants to develop technically, gain exposure to a wide range of projects, and take a clear step forward in their career.
You'll be joining a respected geotechnical team focused on exploration and analysis, working on diverse and technically engaging projects while being supported with strong mentorship and career development.

- Contribute to geotechnical reports, recommendations, and design input
- Work closely with internal teams and clients on a range of ongoing projects
- Support project delivery from initial investigation through to analysis and reporting
- Develop technical expertise while gaining increasing responsibility on projects
- 3-6+ years of experience in geotechnical engineering
- Experience with site investigations and geotechnical analysis/reporting
- FE (or working towards it) required; PE or close to completion is highly desirable for more senior candidates
- Strong communication skills and a desire to grow technically
