We are partnering with a well-established, employee‑owned engineering consultancy to support the growth of their geotechnical division in Detroit. You'll be joining a respected geotechnical team focused on exploration and analysis, working on diverse and technically engaging projects while being supported with strong mentorship and career development.

• Perform geotechnical investigations, site explorations, and data analysis
• Contribute to geotechnical reports, recommendations, and design input
• Work closely with internal teams and clients on a range of ongoing projects
• Support project delivery from initial investigation through to analysis and reporting
• Develop technical expertise while gaining increasing responsibility on projects

• 3-6+ years of experience in geotechnical engineering
• Experience with site investigations and geotechnical analysis/reporting
• FE (or working towards it) required; PE or close to completion is highly desirable for more senior candidates
• Strong communication skills and a desire to grow technically
