Adient plc in Lansing, MI seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to design, develop, implement and validate manufacturing processes, tooling, and equipment for automotive products. The role analyzes labor utilization, equipment, and layouts to maximize efficiency and supports prototype development and production launches.
You will coordinate with design reviews, apply PFMEA, Control Plans, and work with cross-functional teams to reduce cost and improve quality. First shift 6am-3:30pm with OT flexibility.
