What You'll Do
* Meet monthly performance goals for accuracy, quality, efficiency, and important metrics
* Prepare timely internal reports of system and operational incidents
* Handle all job duties in strict adherence to policies and procedures
* Complete tasks according to system directives
* Monitor the health of the operating system
* Record activities and archive daily logs
* Participate in testing and reporting activities
* Provide timely feedback regarding system and equipment failures or client concerns
* Maintain information confidentiality

* Open production tickets for system issues## What We're Looking For
* High School Diploma or equivalent experience
* Proficiency with computer systems and applications
* Demonstrated experience in data reporting
* Previous experience as a control room operator or in a similar role
* Highly developed verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
* Positive attitude with the ability to maintain a friendly, professional, and courteous demeanor
* Demonstrated accuracy with a consistent attention to detail
* Ability to make decisions, show discretion, and take initiative when management is not present
* Excellent grammatical and typing/data entry skills with an emphasis on accuracy
