** 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday

Are you ready to join a team that values your expertise? Kelly Services is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Customer Support & Sales Operations Specialist to support a dynamic sales team and deliver exceptional customer service.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Support the sales force by sharing key information and metrics; assist customers and provide support.

+ Prepare daily action summaries, sales tracking reports, and monthly reporting; investigate sales and resolve discrepancies.

+ Compile and analyze data for sales presentations; create supporting materials.

+ Handle customer inquiries about products, pricing, promotions, and orders-via phone and email.

+ Maintain and update customer records with each interaction; process payments and orders swiftly and accurately.

+ Investigate order and inventory problems; communicate resolutions effectively to managers and customers.

+ Assemble, distribute, and process orders within established guidelines; achieve productivity and accuracy targets.

+ Provide backup support for customer service; follow procedural expectations throughout the supply chain.

+ Other duties as assigned.

** What You'll Need:*
* + High school diploma or GED

+ 6 months to 3-5 years of relevant experience

+  
** Must be extremely proficient in Microsoft Excel*
* + Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel)

+ Outstanding interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills

+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with reliable attendance

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

+ Attention to accuracy and thoroughness in data management

+ Willingness to work overtime as needed
