Risk Manager/Analyst
As the Senior Fraud Risk Manager, you'll drive the design and execution of fraud and identity verification strategies. You'll monitor portfolio performance, develop insightful dashboards, and translate data into actionable strategies.
AboutThe Role
- Enhance fraud prevention capabilities by developing and refining risk assessments, detection methodologies and operational procedures in partnership with Fraud Operations
- Analyze complex datasets to inform business decisions, develop strategic proposals, and drive implementation into production
- Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to evaluate and integrate third‑party solutions for fraud detection and verification processes
- Leverage data analytics tools to extract and manipulate data, and conduct ongoing analyses to assess portfolio health and performance
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging threats and best practices in fraud and risk management, incorporating insights into strategy development
- Develop compelling data visualizations and clearly communicate key insights from large, complex datasets
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior leadership, to support decision‑making processes
- Ensure all fraud prevention and verification activities comply with regulatory and internal policy requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- 6 years of experience in fraud prevention, credit risk management or related fields with a focus on personal loans or related lending products
- Strong hands‑on analytical and data skills including proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction, manipulation and analysis
- Deep understanding of fraud prevention methodologies, with the ability to design and recommend effective risk mitigation strategies
- Proven problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Master’s degree in business, statistics, STEM, economics or a related field
- Experience in creating and implementing risk mitigation or business improvement strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

CompensationThe compensation for this position is $66,500.00-$. The position may also be eligible for an annual bonus, incentives and other employment‑related benefits including medical, dental, vision benefits, 401 K retirement plan and paid‑time off.
