You will receive hands-on training in analyzing financial statements, cash flow, collateral, and other credit factors while supporting lending decisions with experienced teams. Ideal candidates are pursuing a finance-related degree with a minimum 3.2 GPA, have completed accounting coursework, and show interest in a banking career.
