Benzie County Central Dispatch in Michigan seeks an Emergency Communications Specialist to join the ECC. You will respond to 9-1-1 and non-emergency calls and coordinate with law enforcement, fire, and EMS, while maintaining data in CAD and ensuring accuracy.
This 24/7 position is union contracted with a 2080-hour probation and training phases. After training, work may be with a coworker or independently; shifts vary including nights and weekends.
