Beauty Therapist

About the Role

This position is ideal for a skilled Beauty Therapist with strong experience in eyebrow threading and a broad range of beauty treatments. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering professional beauty services while maintaining high standards of hygiene, customer care, and salon presentation.

• Perform professional eyebrow threading services with precision and consistency.
• Provide facial threading and hair removal treatments.
• Conduct eyebrow and eyelash tinting services.
• Perform waxing treatments, including Brazilian waxing.
• Deliver facial treatments and skin care services tailored to client needs.
• Provide lash lifting, lash perming, and eyelash extension services.
• Apply makeup for special occasions and retail beauty products where appropriate.
• Perform manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, infills, and related nail treatments.
• Create and apply traditional henna body art designs.
• Provide relaxing facial and body massage treatments.
• Assess client requirements and recommend suitable beauty treatments and products.
• Maintain accurate client treatment records.
• Ensure all treatment areas, equipment, and workstations remain clean, sanitised, and compliant with health and safety standards.
• Manage appointments efficiently and assist with day-to-day salon operations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
• Support other team members and undertake additional duties as required by management.

• A Certificate III, Certificate IV, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Beauty Therapy.
• At least one year of practical experience working in a beauty salon environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in eyebrow threading techniques.
• Experience in tinting, waxing, facials, lash treatments, and other beauty therapy services.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional presentation and a positive attitude.
• Sound knowledge of hygiene, workplace health and safety, and infection control procedures.
