Peak Performance Physical Therapy is expanding our wellness services and looking for a talented, licensed Massage Therapist to support patient care, recovery, and overall well-being. This role is perfect for someone passionate about therapeutic massage, injury prevention, relaxation techniques, and working alongside an established multidisciplinary team.

As a Massage Therapist at Peak Performance, you will deliver high-quality, therapeutic massage services to clients of all ages and activity levels. You’ll collaborate with our physical therapists to support patient care plans while also providing stand-alone wellness sessions.

Your goal: help clients feel better, move better,p>

Provide safe, effective massage therapy using a variety of modalities

Evaluate client needs and create personalized treatment plans

Collaborate with PT staff when appropriate to support patient outcomes

Educate clients on self-care, stretching, and post-session recommendations

Maintain accurate client charts and records

Create a welcoming, calming, and professional environment

Stay current with best practices and attend ongoing trainings

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with state regulations

Active Michigan Massage Therapy License (required)

Strong clinical skills with a focus on client outcomes

Excellent communication and customer care abilities

Professional, reliable, and able to work both independently and within a team

Comfortable working flexible hours
