• Provide direct PT therapy services as part of a multidisciplinary team with Occupational Therapists and Speech-Language Pathologists.
• Conduct skilled evaluation and treatment for adults and children to help them achieve independent and functional activities of daily living.
• Demonstrate competency in screening, evaluation, planning, and habilitative/rehabilitative treatment.
• Understand, document, and respond effectively to age-specific needs of assigned patients.
• Collaborate with the practice to support the community and use evidence-based practice in clinical care.
