Pay Information
Base pay range: $29.14/hr – $33.07/hr
About the RoleAre you a dedicated Mental Health Therapist looking to make a profound impact in the lives of individuals seeking support? CMHA-CEI is currently seeking a compassionate and skilled therapist to join our dynamic team!
Location & StatusThis job is onsite in Michigan, USA.
Responsibilities- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions.
- Develop personalized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
- Provide evidence-based interventions tailored to clients' needs.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
- Carry out all activities of the program/sub‑unit in a manner that fulfills CMHA‑CEI’s mission, policies, and procedures.
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field (required or must be obtained within 60 days of application).
- Appropriate State of Michigan credential (required or must be applied for and obtained within 60 days of hire).
- Valid Michigan driver’s license and reliable transportation for job‑related use.
- One year of relevant experience (professional or paraprofessional).
- Ability to communicate accurately and effectively in writing and verbally.
