This is a full-time on-site role for a licensed Physical Therapist located in Lansing, MI. The Physical Therapist will assess, develop, and implement individualized rehabilitation programs for patients. Responsibilities include assisting patients in improving physical function, guiding therapeutic exercises, and providing education on home care practices. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient care outcomes is an integral part of this role.
Qualifications- Expertise in Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation, and Patient Care
- Knowledge of Medicine and clinical best practices in rehabilitation
- Experience or familiarity with Home Care and delivering personalized patient care
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Michigan required
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- CPR or First Aid certification is considered a plus
