Overview
We are a growing provider of psychiatric and psycho-social services supporting over 600 long-term care facilities across multiple states. We have immediate Part-Time openings for Fully Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LMSW) with an interest in geriatric behavioral health.
Responsibilities- Providing direct psycho-social services, evaluations, diagnosis, and therapy (individual, group, family) for nursing home residents.
- Clinicians see 10-15 patients daily with flexible scheduling to promote work-life balance.
- Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams ensures quality care and proper documentation, including Medicare compliance.
- Daytime hours (M-F)
- Clinical autonomy
- Support from a dedicated practice manager
- Modern electronic charting
- Paid malpractice
- Competitive pay ($35-$37/hr)
- 401(k), flexible schedule, retirement, tuition reimbursement
- LMSW license
- 1-2 years of experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Tech proficiency
- Experience in nursing home mental health and Medicare standards is a plus.
