Part-Time Pay: $55 - $70 per hour (depending on experience)
Full-Time Pay: $70,000 - $80,000 per year
We're a neurodiversity-affirming ABA practice specializing in Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions (NDBI). We prioritize play-based, child-led approaches that honor each individual's unique way of being.
The RoleSeeking a creative, energetic BCBA/BCaBA who's passionate about early childhood development and neurodiversity-affirming practice. Provide individualized ABA services in homes, schools, and community settings using NDBI approaches.
Schedule: Morning (9am-12pm) and/or Evening (3:30-7pm) availability required
What You'll Do- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop collaborative intervention plans
- Implement naturalistic, play-based interventions in natural environments
- Partner with families as true collaborators (not just "trainers")
- Coach parents, caregivers, and teachers on neurodiversity-affirming strategies
- Work across home, school, and community settings
- Participate in dynamic team collaboration and case consultation
- Required:
BCBA or BCaBA certification (BACB) - Required:
Michigan state licensure - Required:
Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field - Strong foundation in NDBI and natural environment teaching
