We are hiring a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in adults.
Responsibilities- Provide therapeutic interventions, supervise aides and volunteers, and collaborate with families and healthcare teams.
- Document clinical activities, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with treatment plans and regulations.
- Participate in care conferences, quality improvement, and departmental operations.
- Support resident safety and represent the organization professionally.
Knowledge of anatomy and physiology related to speech, adherence to ASHA standards, and ability to work in a healthcare environment with possible exposure to infectious materials. Willingness to work beyond standard hours is required.
