This is a full-time on-site role for an Assisted Living Director in Haslett, MI. The Assisted Living Director will oversee daily operations of the assisted living facility, manage staff, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining quality care programs, supervising resident services, ensuring resident and staff satisfaction, coordinating with families, and managing budgets and resources efficiently.

• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and resident care standards
• Proficiency in budget management, resource allocation, and operational efficiency
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop quality care programs and ensure staff adherence
• Experience in healthcare or assisted living management preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field is preferred
• Licensing as an Assisted Living Manager or similar certification is a plus
