Clinical Services Supervisor – Assisted Living (Michigan)

We’re looking for a compassionate and dedicated Director of Clinical Services to join our leadership team at our assisted living community. This role is perfect for a nurse who values meaningful connections, teamwork, and making a difference in the daily lives of our residents.

• Lead and support our team of resident assistant and med techs to provide exceptional, person-centered care.
• Oversee all aspects of resident health and wellness, including assessments, care planning, and ongoing clinical oversight.
• Ensure compliance with Michigan LARA regulations and company policies.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and staff through open communication and trust.
• Foster a supportive environment that encourages professional growth, teamwork, and compassion.
• Monitor quality of care, participate in safety initiatives, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.

• A Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensed in Michigan (required).
• At least 3 years of nursing experience, including 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role in assisted living, long-term care, or a similar setting.
• A caring leader who values teamwork, integrity, and respect.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Full-time, primarily Monday–Friday with some on-call flexibility.
