As a valued volunteer, this role will see you engage and make lasting connections with male residents through regular one-to‑one or small group visits. Companionship greatly enhances the quality of life of residents, who may otherwise be lonely and socially isolated. Your involvement helps encourage meaningful engagement amongst our residents, promote mental well‑being and build community bonds.

• This is a wonderful opportunity to provide enrichment to the lives of older people, develop a personal connection, and make new friends while gaining new skills and giving back to your community.

Volunteers undertake online Infection Control, NDIS Worker Orientation and Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards training. All volunteers receive an orientation at site prior to commencement and further training when required.
