Base Pay: $16.00/hr - $18.00/hr

The Resident Assistant provides care to our assisted living and memory care residents. We are looking for caring and dedicated caregivers. Orientation and training are provided upon hire.

• Compassionate, experienced resident assistant to join our senior assisted living care team.
• Assist less‑independent residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, using the toilet, eating, grooming, dressing, and washing.
• Great communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and sensitive to patient’s needs and concerns.
• Strong desire to help people improve their daily lives.
• Great interpersonal relations and confident demeanor.
• Exhibits patience and understanding.
• Works as a vital part of a team of senior living professionals.
• Medication management.

Job Type: Full‑time

Pay:
From $16.00 per hour up to $18.00 per hour with experience/shift.

Otsego, MI 49078 – reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required).

Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)

CPR Certification (Preferred)

First Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
