Speech-Language Pathologist  School Year)

Location: Redford, MI 48239

Start/End Date:  School Year

Grade Levels/Caseload: Supporting K-12th grade students across the district's ASD classrooms through push in and small group therapy

Salary Range: $57,500-$75,000 annualized salary, based on experience and qualifications.

Paid Time Off: 6 days per year, prorated based on your start date.

Anthro Med is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide onsite therapy in Redford, Michigan. This full‑time role will support the district's ASD classrooms across three buildings, all within a three‑mile radius from each other. You’ll work alongside another speech‑language pathologist in each of the buildings, as well as a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities
  • Provide full‑time speech and language therapy services, Monday‑Friday.
  • Conduct evaluations, develop individualized educational plans (IEPs), and implement evidence‑based interventions to address speech and language developmental needs.
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and other related service providers to support students’ communication skills across both classroom and individual settings.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Utilize IEP system for management and compliance.
  • Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing training opportunities.
  • Enjoy a dedicated office space for therapy sessions and planning.
Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree in Speech‑Language Pathology (or in the process of completing).
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Michigan (LARA).
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech‑Language Pathology (CCC‑SLP) from ASHA, or eligibility to obtain CCC‑SLP.
  • New graduates and Clinical Fellows (CFs) are highly encouraged to apply! We provide dedicated supervision and support to help you successfully complete your CF experience.
