Description

American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist with at least 1 year of experience and active CT and ARRT certifications for a travel assignment at a Magnet‑designated, Level I Trauma teaching hospital.

  • Position alternates between an inpatient hospital setting and an outpatient imaging center, with the majority of shifts at the outpatient facility.
  • Level I Trauma Center and Stroke Center designation.
  • Short‑term acute care facility with 632 staffed beds.
  • Patient population includes adults, geriatrics, neonates, pediatrics, infants, and adolescents.
  • Day shift: 8‑hour shifts from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM;
    Evening shift: 8‑hour shifts from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
  • 2–3 weekends required per month.
  • Epic EMR used; experience preferred.
  • Scrubs: light blue.
  • Free parking available with badge access to parking garage.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of CT Tech experience.
  • Active CT certification and ARRT required.
  • Inpatient, ER, and Level I Trauma experience required.
  • Experience with IV and contrast administration required.
  • Michigan state license must be active by start date; compact licenses are not accepted in MI.
  • All allied candidates must provide proof of high school‑level education.
  • Epic EMR experience preferred.
  • 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required.
Additional Information
  • First‑time travelers are not accepted for this position.
  • Local candidates are accepted at the same rate as travel candidates.
  • RTO must be submitted at the time of profile; maximum of 5 days RTO per assignment.
  • Former core staff members must wait 12 months before returning and should be verified through HR prior to consideration.
  • Orientation includes Epic training for those without prior experience.
  • Pre‑start modules are required and vary by specialty.
Compensation

Pay package based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation). Tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
