Speech Language Pathologist in Roscommon, MI

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Are you a speech-language pathologist passionate about making a difference in students’ lives? We have an exciting contract opportunity for the  school year, supporting PreK through 12th grade students. The role begins August 24th and continues through June 11th, offering a fulfilling, full-time commitment at 35 hours per week. You’ll work closely with a diverse caseload of approximately 50 students, providing both assessment and direct intervention services.

• Active SLP license or eligibility in Michigan, with CCC or CFY status
• Experience or strong interest in working within school settings
• Solid knowledge of speech, language, and communication disorders
• Proficiency in conducting evaluations and developing IEPs
• Collaborative approach to working with teachers, staff, and families
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills

• Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy to students from PreK to 12th grade
• Complete thorough assessments, analyze results, and maintain accurate records
• Participate in eligibility, IEP, and multidisciplinary team meetings
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting students’ needs
• Consult with teachers and parents to share strategies and foster student progress
• Track student outcomes and adjust therapies as needed for optimal success
