Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist

Location: Dryden, Michigan

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Dryden, Michigan. The Speech-Language Pathologist will be responsible for providing diagnostic and therapeutic services to students with communication disorders, as well as collaborating with educators and families to support student success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication needs.
• Provide direct therapy services to students in individual or group settings.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication skills in the classroom and at home.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Michigan state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
• Experience working with school-aged children preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
