• As an LPN, you will complete clinical and administrative tasks within the clinic. You will work alongside the provider to ensure patients are cared for and the clinic runs smoothly.

You will be the first point of patient care within the clinic. You will room and prepare patients according to clinic-specific checklists or procedures. You will measure patient weight, height, oxygen saturation, respiration, temperature, pulse (manual and automatic), blood pressure (manual and automatic), and other patient care tasks as required by the clinic.

You will complete required patient care documentation including medical histories, referral requests, and related items.

You will assist with day-to-day operations as required for optimal patient care, which may include helping fellow teammates and providers when necessary.

• Graduate of a practical nursing education program that is eligible for licensure
• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience in a hospital, home health, office setting, or long-term care is preferred

• High school graduate or GED equivalent is preferred
• Credentialed as a Medical Assistant from an approved Munson Healthcare Credentialing Organization
• BLS certification preferred and must be obtained within 90 days of hire and maintained
• Experience in phlebotomy is highly preferred

Munson Healthcare requires all employees to be vaccinated or have lab-confirmed immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella. MHC also requires all employees to receive a flu vaccine during the flu season in the year that they are hired and annually thereafter, or receive an approved medical or religious exemption.
