Mid-Michigan Recovery Services (MMRS) is looking to hire Relief Residential Technicians who want to make a difference! With MMRS, you will play a vital role in supporting residents in a residential treatment setting by promoting a safe, structured, and supportive environment while encouraging recovery, personal growth, and independent living skills.

Qualified candidates will be:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Experience working in behavioral health, residential treatment, human services, or a related field preferred
• Able to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts as needed
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record preferred
