Advantmed, LLC is seeking licensed NP or PA clinicians to conduct structured in-home wellness and risk adjustment assessments on a PRN basis. Schedules are flexible, with no evenings or weekends, and work is performed as a 1099 independent contractor.
Each completed assessment pays ~ $100 plus paid mileage, with typical providers completing 4–5 visits per day based on availability. Travel within assigned county is required.
