UP Health System – Marquette invites an Observation RN to join our team. You will work in a fast‑paced Emergency Department combined with inpatient care, monitoring patients, guiding clinical decisions, and supporting admission or discharge decisions within the Observation Unit.
You will collaborate with providers, document care, and educate patients and families while contributing to a multidisciplinary care team during 24–48 hour observation periods.
