Outpatient Child & Adolescent Clinical Therapist

Pine Rest is seeking Child & Adolescent Clinical Therapists to join our growing outpatient team. Opportunities are available at all Pine Rest outpatient clinic locations, providing therapy services to children, adolescents, and their families in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. In addition to child and adolescent services, Pine Rest offers opportunities across the organization serving a variety of patient populations, including children, adolescents, adults, older adults, and substance use populations.

We offer Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem (PRN) opportunities based on clinic and community needs.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct mental health assessments and evaluations
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy
  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans
  • Coordinate care with psychiatrists, primary care providers, schools, families, and community resources
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
  • Advocate for patients and connect families with appropriate resources
  • Provide culturally responsive, person-centered care

Qualifications

Required:

  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related behavioral health field
  • Current Michigan licensure or limited licensure in one of the following:
  • Social Work (LLMSW/LMSW) Professional Counseling (LLPC/LPC) Psychology (Limited License Psychologist or Licensed Psychologist)
  • Ability to obtain and maintain certifications appropriate to treatment provided
  • Experience and training working with children and adolescents
