you'll contribute
- Provides direct and individualized care to clinic patients.
- Performs basic diagnostic procedures and specimen collection. Monitors and communicates changes in patient condition. Documents patient care given.
- Maintains equipment and medical supplies, including reordering, stocking, cleaning and troubleshooting. Maintains examination areas.
- Performs administrative or clerical duties an assigned, including filing, reception, scheduling, data entry, and patient registration.
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) license required and possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Additional requirements include:
- Required Skills:
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. - Minimum
Work Experience:
One-year related experience, preferred. One year clinic experience, preferred. - Basic Life Support (BLS).
