We are currently seeking a Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our team.###
Responsibilities
* Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, and mobility support.
* Monitor and report any changes in client’s health status.
* Perform light housekeeping duties including cleaning and organizing client’s living space.
* Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
* Work collaboratively with nurses and other care team members to ensure proper care.
* Maintain confidentiality and adhere to health and safety protocols at all times.### Qualifications
* Relevant certification or license for Home Health Aide (HHA), as applicable.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Compassionate, reliable, and patient.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Must pass background checks and medical clearances.
