Residential Home Health and Hospice is seeking a Weekend Physical Therapist (PT) to deliver skilled care to patients in their homes across the Lansing area. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to provide patient-centered evaluations, therapy plans, and mobility-focused interventions.
You will educate patients and caregivers, document thoroughly in EMR, and travel within your territory. A PT license in the state, at least one year of experience, and a valid driver's license are required.
