- Competitive pay: $18-$25/hour
, based on experience and location - Flexible schedules:
Choose from morning, afternoon, or early evening shifts - Part-time roles available (minimum 15 hours/week)
- Paid training and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification support

- Work 1:1 with children with autism using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Follow individualized treatment plans created by your supervising BCBA
- Help children develop communication, social, play, and life skills
- Accurately track data and progress in real-time
- Provide support in both structured settings and natural environments
- Partner with parents and caregivers to reinforce skills at home
- Participate in staff meetings and ongoing clinical training
- Have your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (or are ready to get it—we’ll help!)
- Enjoy working with children and making a lasting impact
- Are detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn
- Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Can pass a background check and complete Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) onboarding
- Bonus if you have: experience in ABA, education, childcare, or psychology-related fields
