Job Overview

Comprehensive Early Autism Services (CEAS) provides therapy in the home, school, and community for children diagnosed with an autism spectrum disorder. Our program is based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.

Salary: $10.00 - $22.00 per hour

• Work one‑on‑one with children ages 2–10 in individualized and supportive environments.
• Develop and teach skills across conversation, fine and gross motor, self‑help, and pre‑academic areas.
• Integrate families into therapy sessions.
• Collect data and use data‑based decisions to guide therapy.
• Collaborate with team meetings and coordinate with therapists.
• Travel to each client’s home within the greater Lansing area.

• Valid vehicle and willingness to travel within Greater Lansing.
• Bachelor’s degree or pursuit of a Bachelor’s in psychology, education, child development, or a related field.
• Experience with young children or individuals with disabilities.
• Ability to lift approximately 30 pounds and move from a seated position; therapists spend 80% of time sitting on floor with clients.
