LTC Physician Care, PC is seeking Advanced Practice Providers to join our team as Primary-Care Providers in Michigan. New graduates are welcome. This is an in-person position with day-time hours and a rotation for after-hours on-call. Salaries range up to 125K with productivity-based compensation.
